Order Changes and Cancellations:
For Prepaid orders, you can initiate cancellation requests for products or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by writing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please note that the cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used while ordering. Send us the email at at care@arrowone.in
NOTE: Few special items are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or replacements. The same will be mentioned in the product description. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled. If the order is delivered and you receive a damaged product, you can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery with proper photos and and videos of the issue.
