Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for returns:

  1. Manufacturing Defect
  2.  Damage in transit

We have a 7 day return policy, which means If the order is delivered and you receive a damaged product, you can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery with proper photos and videos of the issue to the email id: care@arrowone.in Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you receive the return request approval from our team, then within 7 days you have to send return products back to us. In case your Pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount advised by our team via email for return request. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity with the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Note:

For Prepaid orders, you can initiate cancellation requests for products or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by writing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please note that the cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used while ordering. Send us the email at at care@arrowone.in 

Few special items are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or replacements. The same will be mentioned in the product description. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled. If the order is delivered and you receive a damaged product, you can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery with proper photos and videos of the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fresheners, liquids, damaged goods during transit. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

Please note, We do not accept exchanges since we do not fall under the exchangeable product category. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us care@arrowone.in
